It is our
desire and aim in our house on the edge of the Black forest not to be
another "Gourmet-temple" but rather to foster a stylish atmosphere in
which a natural and honest kitchen can flourish upon the high standards
required at such a level. We utilize only top quality produce that is
free of chemical additives. Even our bread contains flour ground by the
water-mill situated in Wollbach. Everything is freshly prepared for you
hence the reason for our compact seasonal menu card.
"Small and fine"
is also followed through in the wine card by providing wines from small
ecological private wineryxs (with only a few exceptions) that we
collect directly ourselves thus holding onto our motto: "Quality before
quantity".
Here we do not cater for::
We
have decided to take on our "By us you wont find it!" list the
following items into the 21st Century - Along with frog legs, Caviar,
Turtle and Whale products we are including now Lobster and force fed
Goose Liver. If you wish to know our reasons why please just ask us or
perhaps it is clear to you already through the different press coverage
on these items. We thank-you for your understanding
